Our story
Built to close the gap between knowing and building.
2012
01 The vision
Pristine Education was founded in 2012 by Abiodun Mustapha with a vision of taking computer science, coding and robotics to every corner of the world.
02 The gap
The founder witnessed university graduates who had very little or no knowledge of building real-life projects — a gap between theoretical education and the practical ability to build.
03 The philosophy
Pristine Education was created around a practical philosophy: learners should not only understand concepts, but have opportunities to create, build, solve problems and apply what they learn to real-world situations.
04 The name
The name “Pristine” was chosen to represent genuineness and originality.
“I named it Pristine to showcase the genuineness of it, as when I started the school there was no one with similar ideas.”
— Abiodun Mustapha, Founder & CEO, Pristine Education
