01Who we are
This policy explains how Pristine Education LLC (“Pristine Education”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through pristineeducation.net.
Questions and requests about privacy are handled by the Founder of Pristine Education LLC and can be sent to pristineeduc@gmail.com.

Depending on the type of inquiry, the form also asks for:

We do not ask for payment details or other sensitive information through this website.
When you submit the form, we store your inquiry, together with the date and time you sent it and the consent wording you agreed to, and we send a copy by email to pristineeduc@gmail.com so our team can respond.
We may also send you an email confirming that we received your inquiry, with a reference number.
To protect the form against spam and abuse, we use your IP address to create a one-way, keyed code that lets us limit how many inquiries can be sent in a short time. We store only this code, never your IP address itself. Our hosting provider may also process IP addresses as part of operating the website.
03How we use your information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, using your preferred contact method, to provide information you have asked for, and to discuss the program, service or collaboration you asked about.
We also use limited technical information, described above, to protect the form against spam and abuse.
We do not currently use inquiry information for newsletters or unrelated marketing.
